Account
Do I need to sign up in order to make a purchase?
Yes! Being our member will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. It will also give you benefits such as order tracking, newsletters, and first-hand news of our exclusive discounts and special offers! You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account up when you check out.
What do I do when I cannot log into my account?
Key in your email on the login page. If you are prompted to enter your password, it means you already have an existing account with us.
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" at the login page.
If you are prompted to create a new account, the email you have entered is not registered with us. You can sign up and create a new account with us.

How do I reset password for my member account?
Click "Forgot Password" at the Login page OR log into your member account and change password under "Edit Account". You may leave the Old Password Field blank when resetting your password.
If you do not receive password reset email, please check your junk or spam folder.

Orders
How do I make a purchase?
Simply click on the item you wish to purchase, input in the quantity, size (if applicable) and click 'Add To Cart'.
A small window will appear at the right hand side showing the item(s) you just added.
If you would like to purchase more items, please click 'X' or close the window and continue to add the other respective items you would like to purchase to your bag.
Once you are done with shopping, please go to your bag by either clicking the "bag icon" on the top right-hand corner of our site. You will be redirected to our shopping cart page.
Click 'Check Out' and either log in to your account or sign up as a new member to proceed with the purchase.
Proceed to choose your payment method, shipping method and click 'Pay now'. By clicking 'Pay now', you have agreed to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your item(s) will be on hold for you for 12 hours whilst you proceed to make payment via the various methods of payment accepted.
NOTE: Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment details.
Payment
I have made payment but why is my order cancelled?
Your order may have been automatically cancelled by the system if it detects no input of payment details either due to non-submission of payment details or payment gateway error.
My payment is unsuccessful. What do I do?
Please check if the payment error message is sent by your bank. If it is, you have to resolve the payment issue with your bank. However, if it is not from your bank, you can take a screenshot of the error message and email us askyuwear@gmail.com
What is the delivery method?
We only ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia addresses. Shipping will be calculated at "Checkout" page. There will be free local shipping for orders S$80 and above.
For Malaysia customers, there will be free shipping for orders S$120 and above. For Indonesia customers, there will be free shipping for orders S$200 and above.
Please email us askyuwear@gmail.com if you wish for us to ship to addresses outside of Singapore. We would discuss the shipping fees, local customs taxes, charges, or import duties with you via email.
What is the delivery timeframe?
Please refer to shipping information on delivery timeframe. Customers will be notified if there is delay in the shipping due to unforeseen circumstances.
