Shipping Information

We dispatch all parcels (excluding items that require customisation service) within 2 to 3 working days after payment is verified. The delivery times stated below are calculated after the date we dispatch the parcel. We provide both doorstep delivery service and normal or tracked postages for all local orders.

For Singapore customers, we strongly recommend doorstep delivery or tracked postages.  Yu Wear is not responsible for any missing or lost parcels. 

Please provide a valid local contact number for delivery purposes.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses, Tuas and Sentosa.

For international delivery, we provide shipping to Malaysia and Indonesia addresses only for now. 

Yu Wear will not be held liable for any delays in dispatching parcels due to missing or inaccurate information provided. 

Taxes

For international customers, please note that your items may be subjected to your local customs taxes, charges, or import duties. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping rates. We advise customers to check on their own countries' import tax before making an online purchase.

Local Delivery within Singapore - Normal Post without Tracking (Letterbox)
1 - 2 working days

(excluding date of shipment, weekends and public holidays) to be delivered to local addresses from the date parcel left our storage. 

Please note that this is NOT a timeslot delivery and delivery can be anytime between 9AM to 10PM. 

Local Delivery within Singapore - Tracked Postage (Letterbox)
2-  3 working days

(excluding date of shipment, weekends and public holidays) to be delivered to local addresses from the date parcel left our storage. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing the tracking number for your parcel as well as the link to track your parcel. This information can also be found under your Order History.

Local Delivery within Singapore - Door Step Delivery

1 - 3 working days

(excluding date of shipment, weekends and public holidays) to be delivered to local addresses from the date parcel left our storage. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing the tracking number for your parcel as well as the link to track your parcel. This information can also be found under your Order History. 

On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification informing you that a Ninja Van driver will be attempting to deliver your parcel today. In the event that you are not at the delivery location to physically retrieve the parcel, a 3-digit OTP will be sent to you. Simply pass on this code to the driver when they contact you. This will act as a form of verification and approval for the driver to leave the parcel at a specific location at the customers' own risk.  Unfortunately, if you are uncontactable, the driver will have to mark the delivery as unsuccessful and a re-attempt will be done on the next working day.

Disclaimer:

Please take note that Ninja Van only does 3 delivery attempts in total (i.e. First attempt followed by 2 re-attempts). If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned back to Yu Wear. Subsequent redelivery will be subjected to shipping charges.

For International Delivery (Malaysia & Indonesia)

6 - 12 working days 

(excluding date of shipment, weekends and public holidays) to be delivered to international addresses from the date parcel left our storage. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing the tracking number for your parcel as well as the link to track your parcel. This information can also be found under your Order History. 

Please note that shipping fees do not include taxes & duties. Customers shipping orders overseas are responsible for properly declaring items and paying any applicable duties and taxes in the destination country. Any parcels returned or extra customs, mailing or admin fees must be paid by the customer. Please check import requirements before placing international orders. Yu Wear will not be responsible for any confiscation at customs for the customers' failure to pay duties and taxes, and no refund will be given for the order as the store has satisfied its duty in shipping out the order.
